Fusion’s Board of Directors is made up of students and community members who volunteer there time to help advance the station. The responsibilities of the board of directors include (but are not limited to) providing continuity, hiring staff, governing through policy and objectives, securing sufficient resources, accounting for expenditures, helping determine the mission, values and purpose of the station, supporting and evaluating management, monitoring projects, enhancing the station’s public image, and acting as a court of appeal.
