What is Fusion Radio
We believe in a lot of things here at Fusion Radio. We believe that music is pretty much the best thing ever. We like it all, but being the adventurous types that we are, we really strive to find those tunes that push, expand, and explore the unknown while also embracing the undervalued.
We also believe that ideas, artistic expression, and listening to wonderfully insightful people entertain, educate, and enlighten us is also the best thing ever. We like learning about music, new ideas, and the people that create them.

So you want to be a DJ?
You’ve got the passion, you love the tunes, you have the ideas, and now you want to express yourself to Scarborough and the whole world. It’s now time to step up my friend and apply to be a DJ with Fusion!
Before you apply…
If you don’t have previous DJ experience you are still more than welcome to apply. We provide all of our on air hosts with station orientation training and in booth technical training. We also have numerous resources and industry contacts available through our music and marketing departments.
The deadline to apply for winter 2010 is December 31st, 2009.
Please be aware that there are a few regulations and policies that all DJs must adhere to at Fusion Radio. There are also programming goals and standards that we strive to have all our DJs meet. All DJs are required to sign a formal DJ contract with Scarborough Fusion Radio and attend a mandatory training session before commencing their show. Our DJ handbook outlines all of the expectations and requirements that a Fusion Radio DJ must adhere to and will be distributed to all DJs during their mandatory training sessions.
